Why You’re Exhausted

Welcome, once more, to the Exhausted to Extraordinary program, and to Module 1.

As you’ll hear, exhaustion (both physical and emotional) is the primary symptom of burnout. This program is all about transforming you out of exhaustion and burnout so you can live your best life.

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

  • Define anxiety and talk about whether it is good or bad
  • Identify how anxiety is different from stress
  • Understand what burnout is, where it comes from, and how it affects you
  • Learn two approaches to rapidly transform your anxiety into a sense of calm, helping you focus better on the tasks at hand
